Park Hotel Villa Grazioli

Park Hotel Villa Grazioli has 62 rooms in total, of which:
13 rooms are located on the second floor of the main Villa
24 rooms are located in the Villino Limonaia
25 Classic rooms are located in the Villino Paggeria

The Villini (annexes) are connected to the main structure through two underground corridors, or they can also be reached by crossing the Hotel park (around 20 metres).

All rooms boast a special view: some look over Rome, others over the Roman hills and over the park.

Classic

Recently renovated using natural-based ecological materials and paints, the Classic rooms offer a welcoming, comfortable environment. Located in the "Paggeria" Annex and connected to the main Villa by an evocative underground corridor, they boast views over Frascati, the Tusculum Hill or the centuries-old park.

Around 16 square metres in size and furnished in a classic style, they are equipped with double bed, bathroom with shower or bath, air conditioning, hairdryer, mini-bar, kettle, direct dialling telephone, flat screen satellite TV, safe, and fibre-optic WI-FI connection. Some rooms also boast a private terrace.

Upon request, a third bed and/or crib can be added.

Elite

The Elite rooms are located in the enchanting "Limonaia" Annex and are connected to the main Villa by an underground corridor. They provide a comfortable, relaxing stay in direct contact with nature.

Around 16 square metres in size, the rooms on the ground floor have recently been renovated and boast a spacious, modern bathroom with comfortable shower, as well as direct access to the garden. The rooms on the first floor, around 20 square metres in size, look over the centuries-old park and feature ceilings with original wooden beams.

All rooms offer double beds, naturally lit bathrooms with tub, air conditioning, hairdryer, mini-bar, direct dialling telephone, flat screen satellite TV, safe, and fibre-optic WI-FI connection.

Upon request, a third bed and/or crib can be added in the first floor rooms.

Charme Deluxe

Located on the second floor of the main Villa, the Charme Deluxe rooms have recently undergone a series of refined renovations.

Characterised by an elegant fusion of traditional and modern styles, they are extremely welcoming: the bathrooms are equipped with comfortable showers. Some rooms feature a spectacular view over Rome, while others offer pleasant views over the evocative centuries-old park.

Each room measures around 16 square metres and offers a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, hairdryer, mini-bar, direct dialling telephone, flat screen satellite TV, safe, and fibre-optic WI-FI connection.

Upon request, a third bed and/or crib can be added, ensuring a made-to-measure stay for all Guests.

Suite

Our two recently renovated Suites offer an exclusive stay experience on the second floor of the majestic main Villa.

Featuring evocative vault ceilings and furnished in a traditional yet refined style, our suites offer an enchanting view over Frascati, the magnificent Tusculum Hill and the blossoming surroundings of the centuries-old park.

Measuring around 40 square metres, each suite boasts a bedroom with double bed, a spacious bathroom with shower (recently renovated) and a cosy separate lounge with Queen size sofa-bed. They also come with air conditioning, hairdryer, mini-bar, direct dialling telephone, flat screen satellite TV, safe, and fibre-optic WI-FI connection. A practical kettle for infusions and teas is also provided.
