With its elegant Mediterranean cuisine, the Grazioli Art Bistrot offers Guests a culinary experience characterised by an in-depth research and valorisation of the typical ingredients available in the area. Ingredients are chosen for their quality, season, and typicality to guarantee dishes of high quality and authentic flavours.

Open every day upon reservation for lunch and dinner, the Bistrot also hosts receptions and private and corporate events, boasting a specialised team and twenty years’ experience in organising such occasions. For Guests with specific nutritional requirements, such as gluten-free, vegetarians, vegans or people with food allergies and intolerances, we can offer personalised menus and tasty alternatives, while still in line with the traditions of the local cuisine.

Our interior rooms can seat up to 200 Guests, while during the summer the Grazioli Art Bistrot moves to the evocative hanging garden to offer an even more enchanting atmosphere looking over Rome. The hanging garden also is home to the brand-new restaurant that was opened in May 2024: a modern space that can seat up to 240 Guests as it exalts its unique and exclusive surroundings. A glass structure that can host Guests from the Restaurant all year round thanks to its heating system.

We are proud to announce the renovation of our hanging garden that has been transformed to offer our Guests an even more exclusive and versatile experience. The previous gazebos have been removed and replaced by a new elegant structure.

This innovation not only further exalts the beauty of our garden, but it also makes it the perfect place for a variety of events, from private parties to weddings, and simple lunches and dinners with a view. The structure is heated for the maximum comfort throughout the seasons and offers an unforgettable view over Rome with its magnificent sunsets to create a unique atmosphere to be found only in our Hotel. Seating up to 240 people, it is the ideal location for all sizes of event.
