JOURNEY THROUGH THE HISTORY OF VILLA GRAZIOLI:
TOUR OF THE VILLA WITH AUGMENTED REALITY

A unique immersive experience is finally available to the public, thanks to augmented reality: by wearing latest-generation viewers, it is possible to take a mixed reality tour of the halls of the Piano Nobile and the Galleria del Pannini, listening to the history of the Villa and immersing yourself in the reality of the era in which the Villa was built.

Thanks to the technology used, it is possible to see the frescoes that have been lost, the Renaissance landscapes, but also the architecture of the rooms at the time in which the Villa was built, in an exciting journey through history.

This wonderful project was made possible by a call for tenders aimed at technological innovation of cultural heritage, in which Park Hotel Villa Grazioli participated (coming 1st in the Lazio Region) for Research and Development of technologies for the enhancement of cultural heritage - Funded by the Lazio Region, MUR and MIC.

From 2018 to today, a long study and research project has been carried out, which led to the restoration of the eighteenth-century façade and the frescoes of the Galleria Nova (or Galleria del Pannini), which is now open to the public again.

Part of the technological innovation project is also the video mapping projection on the façade of the Villa, which acts as a projection screen for a short video, which tells the story of the Villa from 1580 to today in 3D and with special effects.

- Sunday 26 January 2025: 9.00 am, 10.30 am, 12.00 pm (each shift for a maximum of 12 people)
- Sunday 16 February 2025: 9.00 am, 10.30 am, 12.00 pm 12.00 (each shift for a maximum of 12 people)
- The visit includes the frescoed halls of the Piano Nobile and the Galleria del Pannini - Prices: € 15.00 p.p. – reduced € 10.00 p.p. (children under 12)
